I believe we show up best when we have strong, empowered relationships with ourselves and others

Relational work is at the heart of all that I do. My training is rooted in systemic, queer, feminist theory: I critically examine the systems we all exist within rather than oversimplify any particular issue. I am consistently working towards liberation and decolonization in therapy, business practices and beyond. I'm passionate about sexual freedom, community care, challenging oppressive systems, and queering up the world around me.

Knowing the importance of relationships also means knowing the importance of what I bring to the spaces I’m in and what I don't. I am white, trans, non-binary, Queer, a lesbian, non-monogamous, kinky, divorced, widowed, disabled and chronically ill, Autistic, and a “retired” sex worker.

I enjoy working with folks from all walks of life, but especially with people and systems who may be seen as "non-traditional" in how they move through the world. Some of my specialities include: Sexual Desire Discrepancy, Identity Exploration, Painful Sex, Polyamory, Kink, Sex Work, High Conflict Couples, Relational Attachment Trauma, Self Esteem & Boundary Setting.

I am a dancer and a performer. I love history, interior design, and fashion. I enjoy making spreadsheets/events/systems, and caring for my houseplants. I am passionate about travel and it has shaped my life immensely. I love to spend time with my partner (also a therapist, go figure) and our two senior dogs. I’m proud to live in a 150 year old apartment in Philly’s gayborhood. I am extremely detailed oriented and funny (without trying, they tell me).

I value directness, honesty, curiousity, and humility. I would identity as an “open book” and lean into taking the risk of saying the thing whenever possible.
